“Herder, Guerrilla, Robben Island, Nehru Award, End of Apartheid, Nobel Prize, President, Springboks, World Cup, 95. His resume confirms he valued our singular life.”December 5th 2013. This was how I found out what has happened. A simple Facebook post by my High School teacher, made me realize that today’s biggest symbol for world peace has died. It was a sad day for me and for everyone.
